Port change interrupt setting memory
Write "1" to "Port number" that monitors "Port change event" interrupt.
The "Port number" of "Own device" that is set to "Input attribute" does not generate a "Port change event" (MSTS.IPTC) interrupt.
"Port change interrupt setting memory" has "Memory addresses" from address 0 to address 31.
The size of one "Port change interrupt setting" area is 1 byte.
The size of one "Device number" area is 4 bits.
