NVR OPERATING
Connecting USB devices
NVR has 2 x USB 2.0 ports for external Flash memory, mouse connection and other USB compatible
devices. 1 USB port is located at back panel and 1 USB port at front panel.
Connecting alarms ports
NVR-55xx series has local alarm input and output. For connecting them please refer table below:
To activate alarm in you have to simply connect alarm input (1,2,etc) to GND cable.
Alarm output it’s a relay with 2 connectors N/O and COM
Connecting RS-485 devices
NVR has RS-485 interface. For connecting please refer table below:

3.1.
Front panel description

RESET, ON/OFF
Reset button (maintenance only) / Hardware turn on/off button.

LED
Shows power, recording, network connection or active alarm statuses.

USB
USB 2.0 port for external Flash memory and mouse connection.
3.2. Controlling via USB mouse
It is possible to control NVR via an USB mouse connected to the USB port. Double-clicking on any
camera in split screen display mode switches the display to full-screen mode. Subsequent double-click
returns to previous display mode. Move cursor to the top or click the right key of mouse to bring up
MAIN MENU and select START icon.
Certain positions allow to select them via mouse scroll. Depending on NVR operating mode, pressing
RMB displays a corresponding function menu.
