When using an auto iris lens, install the lens plug on to the lens cable as
follows.
1. Cut the iris control cable at the edge of lens connector to remove the
the incompatible lens connector and the outer cable cover.
INSTALLING AUTO IRIS LENS CONNECTOR
Iris Control Cable
5/6” (Approximately 8mm)
1/4” (Approximately 6mm)
2. Four covered wires will be exposed after removing the cover of the
iris control cable.
Removing the insulation of the individual iris control wires leaving
approximately 6mm.
3. Video type lens
Set lens switch to VIDEO.
Connect the lens cable of the video type lens.
If the plug on the cable is of a different type, replace it with the provided
4-pin iris plug.
4. DC iris Lens
Set lens switch to DC
Connect the lens cable of the galvanometric
type lens.
If the plug on the cable is of a different type,
replace it with the provided 4-pin iris plug.
