To clear critical errors, a RAM-Clear has to be performed.
This means a total reset of all accounting and events data will
be erased.
Follow below instructions to execute a RAM-Clear:
Power off the terminal
•
Open CPU Door and then close it again. ( By Opening the CPU and then closing it will cause for CPU to drain
any power from itself.
•
Connect RAM Clear Device on top of the CPU
.
•
Power on the Terminal.
•
Close the Main Door. After restart of the terminal the following message will be displayed:
