Describes the settings necessary in the parameter menu of the XLP 504/XLP 514 for operation of the
applicator.

shown in order that the applicator functions. The settings for the other parameters are given as recommendations and can be
changed, depending on the application.
Further parameters for integration of the printer into an application with product conveyor and prod-
uct sensor are available in submenu “Dispenser”. In addition, the optional signal interface (I/O
board) is necessary for automatic applications for the processing of external start signals.
