Go through the list of suggestions below if you experience
any inconvenience with

TheTrustyOne Universal Bluetooth

Car Kit.

•

If your phone does not connect automatically when
you turn the ignition key:

Go to the Bluetooth menu of your phone and set

TheTrustyOne

as authorized or trusted device to allow

automatic connections without user confirmation.

•

If you do not hear a ringing tone:

Make sure that your phone is not in silent mode.

•

If the person at the other end complains about the
audio quality:

Check that the microphone is pointing towards your
mouth.

•

 If you have problems voice-dialing:
TheTrustyOne

provides one-click access to the voice

recognition functions of your phone. Please check the
user guide of your phone regarding its voice recognition
features. If you do not hear a tone, please try the feature
without driving and look at the phone display to
determine the recognition window.

•

If you want to update the software of your car kit:

Go to www.novero.com and install the novero software
update tool. Please install it on a PC and then connect

TheTrustyOne

with a USB cable through the micro-USB

connector on the remote control.

•

If you do not find an answer to your question here:

Please go to www.novero.com. If you wish to call our
helpline, you will find the number for your country on our
website. Please be prepared to provide the model and SW
version of your phone, as this information will be helpful
to identify the root cause and a solution to the problem.
