3. Replace the cover as described in the next section.
Closing The Device
To replace the MT 4000 cover, follow these steps:
1. Insert the PCB Assembly into the Housing. The GPS antenna should face the Label side
of the Housing.

2. Push the PCB in the direction of the red arrow, until the PCB comes into contact with
the Housing inside wall.

3. Attach the End Cap to the assembly by aligning the Connector Tab Opening with the
Center Tab or the connector.
4. Place the End Cap onto the assembly.
5. Apply pressure, in the direction of the Red Arrow, until the End Cap snaps into place.
6. If the backup battery is installed, turn on the device by sliding the battery switch
activator towards the small dot in the housing. The battery switch is in the on position
when the switch activator is
positioned next to the dot in the Top Housing.
