IMPORTATION TO THE MENU
This is the first screen of the transmitter which you will see if you press the big
button at the front side of the transmitter.
Up you can see the temperature of the transmitter and just below is the set
frequency menu. At this menu you change the transmission’s frequency
From all the menu pull out with the Exit.
Set Frequency Step: here you choose the step of the DDs
during the change of the frequency. The options that you will find are 100 KHz –
10KHz – 1KHz.
Next and very important menu since it has to do with the
transmitter’s protection, it is the menu with the three consecutive protections.

Set Fwd power Limit
, is the protection that doesn’t
let the transmitter to outdistance the high power from the power that it can be
work. Also this is a good idea when we have an amplifier after the transmitter to
adjust the protection with the power that the transmitter needs and with this way
we are sure that we will not destroy it from excessive driving.
Here we have the ability to adjust the protection from 1-
600Watt.
Never set the protection under 400Watt. This is under the amplifier’s limit.
Protection from excessive SWR current. This protection is
also very important since it protects the transmitter from any problems that may
cause to our antenna like cut or burn cable, damage to connectors, moisture e.t.c
Here we have the ability to adjust the protection to 1-100Watt. This specific
protection had adjust from the factory to 30Watt.
