The following chart is based on a normal operation schedule. 

Maintenance Interval

Daily before operating 

 

Check for any worn or damaged parts. Replace any such 
part before using the surface cleaner. 

 

Check that all the parts are tightly fastened. Tighten any 
that are loose. 

 

Check that the casters swivel and the wheels roll 
smoothly. 

Repair or replace any that don’t function 

properly. 

 

Check that all swivel and sprayer arms rotate smoothly.   

 

Use a low-pressure water connection to check that the 
sprayer nozzles are clear and spray correctly. If any 
nozzle fails to spray correctly, replace or clean the non-
working nozzle (see maintenance section). 

 

Troubleshooting 

Use the table below to troubleshoot problems before contacting service personnel or your local 
dealer. If the problem continues after troubleshooting, call your local dealer for assistance.

Nozzle is blocked (not spraying). 

Dirty nozzle 

Twist the nozzle off and clean it with a 
needle or paperclip. Place it back into 
the cleaner. 

Replace the nozzle with a new one. 

Water sprays from sealing lip. 

Damaged sealing lip 

Replace the sealing lip. 

Caster won’t roll or swivel. 

Dirt in caster 

Clean or replace the caster.
