Step 1: Attach wheels and axle brackets
Attach axle plates, axle channels and wheels to the right and left side of the frame, as shown in
the figure below, using (4) 5/16” x ¾” bolts, (4) 5/16” nuts, (2) 5/8” x 4” bolts, (2) 5/8” Lock
washers and (4) 5/8” Hex nuts. Hand tighten.
Step 2: Position wheels
Make sure the wheels and the rubber feet of the frame are sitting on a level surface. Wheels
should be parallel with the right and left sides of the frame. Once positioned, tighten the bolts
until the axle plate and axle channel contact each other (the axle plate will deform around the
tube slightly). Using a drill and a 3/8” socket bit, secure the axle bracket assembly to the roll
cage tube with (2) 1/4” x 3/4” self drilling hex screws.
