FRAME ASSEMBLY
Assembly is easiest if you layout all parts as
shown
.
There are ten -
Rafter Poles
, they
are swedged on both ends, and have 3 pre-
drilled holes. The twelve-

You can set aside the ten-

Leg
Poles
, they are swedged on one end and
have pre-drilled holes at the base & the top.
It is very important that you determine which
of the 3 & 4 way connectors are meant for
the sides and which are for the crest. The
side connectors have a sharper bend, plus
the 3 way side connectors have corner sup-
ports.
2. CONNECT PIPES
Start with the center, then assemble each side.
Place cover over frame so that
the grommetted portion is face
down, this allows the valance to
wrap around and cover the
frame eaves.
3. ATTACHING
LEGS
Insert one middle
legs on one side of the
frame,swedged end up, then the
end legs on that same side.
Repeat for the other side. Now
you can secure the legs to the
side bend connectors with pins.

5. TIGHTENING
COVER
Cover S-Hooks are designed to hold the front
& back of the cover tightly in place.
1.
Hook one onto each of the INSIDE of the
corner legs.
2.
Adjust the drawstring evenly on each side
of the canopy by pulling the drawstrings on
each end of the cover at the same time.
3
. Secure rope to ”S” Hook.
4.
Step 6 will feature our new ”TwistTight”
procedure to fit the cover snugly.
