Step 2: If the brake guard of the
chainsaw handle is in the brake
position, reset the brake guard to the
non-brake position.
Step 3: After completing the above 2
steps, then you can attach the
chainsaw cutting head to the handle.
The chainsaw cutting head cannot be
attached to the handle without first
completing steps 1 & 2.
Step 4:
Insert the chainsaw cutting
head into the handle enclosure, then
press the lock knob on the cutting
head and rotate the knob in a
clockwise direction until the arrow on
the knob align with the “lock” symbol
on hand enclosure.
Step 5: After inserting the cutting
head in the handle enclosure,
press the knob. The metal rod
which connected with the knob
will protrude from the hand
enclosure to lock the cutting head
and handle enclosure together.
Step 6: All steps must be
completed as described for the
chainsaw to work properly. When
the lock button is rotated into the
lock position, it will cause the
metal trigger to move upward and
connect with the mechanism in
the handle enclosure.
