The Personal Directory PC Utility interface

There are three methods by which users can navigate within the
Personal Directory PC Utility window:
•
Press the Tab key to move from cell to cell and to move to a new
entry row (an entry includes a name and a telephone number).
•
Use the up and down arrows on the keyboard to move within the
active window.
•
Use the vertical scroll bar to move within the active window.
A Personal Directory PC Utility entry can have:
•
Up to 31 characters for the telephone number (with NTMN82AB
Meridian Personal Directory PC Utility or with the upgraded PC
Utility software NTMN82BA).
•
Up to 24 characters for the name.
Each Personal Directory file can have a maximum of 100 entries (an
entry is one line).
