The top half of the M3900 tool main window is used to reserve the 
Expecs for load operations, to transfer M3900 firmware loads to 
Expecs, and to select M3900 sets for downloading. Expecs must be 
added to the Expec list using the Add Expecs button. This reserves the 
Expecs for use by the current user of the tool. Table 29 describes the 
menu items and buttons in Figure 23.
