Connection Rate
The supported connection rate for the EIM circuit pack on the OC-3
Express Data is VT1.5 only. As for the Express CX NE, the supported
rates are VT1.5 and STS-1.
Note: STS-3c rates are not supported on the Express CX.

Connection Type
The five connection types that can be specified to create nodal connec-
tion on the OC-3 Express Network elements (i.e. 1WAY, 1WAYPR,
2WAY, 2WAYPR, 2WAYBR) are also available for EIM connections
on Express Data as well as the Express CX.
