Installing the i2050 Software Phone
This section describes how to install the Nortel Networks i2050 Software Phone and the Nortel
Networks USB Audio Kit.
Hardware and software requirements

Monitor settings: 16 bit High Color; 800x600 resolution or higher

Note:
You must have administrator privileges to install the i2050 Software Phone on
Windows 2000.
Windows 2000 Power Users can install the i2050 Software Phone if they are granted
rights to install with elevated privileges by a Windows 2000 administrator.
For information about how to assign elevated privileges to Power Users for installation,
refer to your Windows 2000 documentation.
