This guide provides task-based information on how to install analog, digital, IP, and ISDN devices
running on a BCM50 system.
Use Element Manager, Startup Profile, and Telset Administration to configure certain BCM50
parameters.
The information in this guide explains

installing and configuring components
•
registering and relocating telephones and devices
•
programming loops, configuring digital telephones
•
managing system-wide call appearance (SWCA) keys
•
setting up central answering positions (CAP)
Audience
This guide is intended for installers responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining
