Agent Greeting Card Installation Guide

Assigning supervisors to skillsets

Skillsets must be assigned to supervisors to allow supervisors to assign agents to the
skillset. Only then can agents record skillset-specific greetings. This can be done by
choosing Supervisor > Assign Skillset from the Navigation Tree.
