Use the fields on the IP configuration screen to configure the IP
parameters. All fields are divided into three columns: Configurable,
In Use, and Last BootP. Use the Configurable column to configure
a new value for the field. The In Use column represents the current
value used by the switch, and the Last BootP column supplies a
value assigned to the field by a BootP request.

IP Configuration fields
Field
Description
In-Band Stack IP
Address
The IP address used by the switch when it is part
of a stack.
In-Band Switch
IP Address
The IP address used by the switch when it is a
stand-alone unit.
In-Band Subnet
Mask
The subnet mask used by the switch.
Default Gateway
The default gateway used by the switch.

Note: Changes that occur to IP parameters during this procedure can
result in the loss of browser connectivity to the switch.
You must ensure that your IP address and subnet mask setting matches
the IP address and subnet mask setting of the network where the switch
resides.
