Replacing the fuse (AC system only)
The fuse is located below the power input socket on the rear panel. When
the server fuse blows, the server stops operating.
Requirements
You require the following:
an approved fuse for replacement
Two different types of fuses exist: one for North America, and one
for international use. Ensure that the fuse you are replacing has been
approved by Nortel for your region.
a flat-blade screwdriver
To replace the fuse

Power off the server.

Unplug the power cable from the wall outlet.

Unplug the power cable from the power input socket on the server.

Unscrew the fuse receptacle (see A in Figure 23 on page 130).

CAUTION
Risk of equipment damage and personal injury
Disconnect power from the server before replacing a fuse.
