Follow these steps to shutdown the SCH-1 heater
1. Remove power from the heater 10–15 minutes before shutting down
the system by pressing the Heat button on the front panel of the
workcell or using the rear-mounted switch on the conveyorized
workcell.
2. Allow fluid to circulate through the heater while it is cooling down.
3. Shut down the system. Refer to the
Select Coat Heated Circulating
Fluid Delivery Systems manual for shutdown procedures.
WARNING: Use appropriate respiratory and skin protection
when using coating materials and solvents. Obtain and read
the Material Safety and Data Sheets from the manufacturer
before use, and follow the manufacture’s recommended
handling and disposal procedures.
1. Remove coating material with a solvent soaked cloth. Do not soak
and component. O-rings maybe affected by some solvents.
2. Make sure fittings are tightened securely.
3. Make sure the heater is grounded.
4. Leave a compatible solvent in the heater when it is not in use.
