3. Connect discharge port hoses to each metering cartridge assembly discharge port. Refer to the

(Nordson part number 7441865) for additional information.
4. Mount dispense valve assembly to dispense valve support fixture (if equipped) and connect air and
material lines.
5. Install the mixer to the dispense valve. To support initial startup and testing, each Pro−Meter V2K system
is supplied with a Mixer Variety Kit. Refer to the
Pro-Meter V2K Mixer Variety Kit Instruction Sheet
(Nordson part number 7441857) for additional information. To support ongoing operations and to provide
optimum dispense flexibility, a Mixer Startup Kit can be ordered. Refer to

6. Ensure the gravity tank gaskets are compatible with the selected material.

CAUTION:
Ensure the gravity tank gasket is seated evenly at the bottom of the cam-lock.
Confirm gasket compatibility with TDS and SDS or material supplier.
NOTE:
The gravity tanks come equipped with nitrile (Buna-N
®
) gaskets.
Each Pro-Meter V2K is shipped with a gravity tank gasket kit (Nordson part number 7440614). The
kit contains 2 EPDM gaskets (Nordson
part number 7440611), 2 silicone gaskets (Nordson part
number 7440613), and 2 Viton
®
gaskets
(Nordson part number 7440612).
If the gravity tank gaskets are not compatible with the selected material, loosen the cam-lock fittings
located between the manual ball valve and actuated valve below the tanks and utilize a seal puller, or
equivalent tool, to remove the gravity tank gaskets. Carefully install the correct gravity tank gasket by
hand into the cam-lock.
