WEIGHT RESTS AND SAFETY SPOTTERS

To use the barbell (not included) with the weight rack,
first move the Weight Rests (19, 20) and the Safety
Spotters (17, 18) to the correct heights for the exer-
cise to be performed. Engage the locking pins around
the Front Uprights (6).

WARNING:

Always place both

Weight Rests (19, 20) and both Safety Spotters
(17, 18) at the same height. Make sure the lock-
ing pins are securely wrapped around the Front
Uprights (6) before setting the barbell (not
shown) on them.

CABLE DIAGRAM

The cable diagram shows the proper routing of the
Cable (31). Use the diagram to make sure that the
Cable and Cable Traps (27) have been assembled
correctly. If the Cable has not been correctly routed,
the weight bench will not function properly and dam-
age may occur. The numbers show the correct route
for the Cable.
