Safety:
Read and understand the
plow instruction manual
and warranty before use.
Scan the QRC videos on
the first page or watch
the videos on our website
before
use.
Always instruct other
users before they use the
plow.
Operation:
Risk of Injury
Never allow anyone to
walk beside or sit on the
plow when in use.
Never operate the plow
over 2 to3 mph. Keep a
slow steady speed.
If you hit an obstruction,
immediately stop vehicle
and reverse direction.
DO NOT RAM the plow
into snow piles. Our
composite blade will not
handle the stress that a
severe impact will cause.
.
Instruction Clarification:
STEP 1: Make sure the
extended tabs of the blades
are all in the same direction
as shown. (watch video)
STEP 2&3: The tall end of
the blade channels part#6
should be facing each other
in the middle of the blade.
STEP 5: Part #32 nylon
washer goes between the
pivot bracket and the plates
as shown. Tighten the lock
nuts #22 fully, then back off
half a turn for easy
movement. (watch video)
STEP 6: Secure the T Pivot
plate #3 to the top of the
blade channel and the B Pivot
plate #4 to the top of the
bottom blade channel as
shown.
Page 7A-7C: Most common
frame. Insert Bolt #29 down
through receiver #7 and
through hole in Hitch tongue.
Hold receiver #7 tight to
frame and tighten lock-nut
#19
STEP 8: The stem on the
hitch (part#10) can be sawed
down if the plow is extending
out to far.
STEP 9: Part #46 should be
on the driver's side when the
blade is placed in front of the
Golf Cart. It's VERY
IMPORTANT that the T
Plate (#3) is visible on top
when attaching to Golf Cart.
Use the axle #11 as a guide to
center the holes.
STEP 10-12: Insert the axle
so it's approximately 7"
above the ground and verify
that the blade is pitched so
the top edge is 1" behind the
bottom edge as shown in
inset picture. This is
extremely important for
proper performance.
Trouble Shooting & Tips
Blade is not flush to ground
when angled:
The blade will not be flush to
the ground if the top pivot
and bottom pivot plates are
reversed.
The blade flips forward
when plowing:
Adjust the axle so that the
axl
e is 7” (178mm) from the
ground and reduce the angle
of the blade - see Step 12.
The blade is heavy to lift:
Before using the handle, be
sure to back up the Golf Cart
to clear the snow from the
blade - do not use as a front
end loader!
Different Frame Types
Included in these instructions
are three additional frame
type mounting instructions
plus additional information
on Golf carts with lift kits.
You can add additional
bolts or hardware to secure
the receiver #7 to the frame.
The receiver must be
securely attached.
