Unit does not
power on.
• Ensure unit is plugged into a working power
outlet.
• Check that the Power Button is on.
• If the power indicator light does not come on,
contact the toll free NOMA
®
customer service
centre at 1-866-827-4985.
Unit is not
producing
desired amount
of airflow.
• Ensure nothing is blocking the air intake grille.
• Ensure nothing is blocking the air output vent.
• Clean the pre-filter (see CLEANING
INSTRUCTIONS).
• Check the Filter Replacement Indicator and
if lit, replace the True HEPA filter (see FILTER
REPLACEMENT).
• Unit settings are too low — increase the fan speed
(see OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS).
