12. Connect the Basic Kit cable to the connector located behind the left loud-

speaker (Fig. 18).

13. Gently push the tab of the left loudspeaker in its own housing, arranging

the flex cable between the shell and the polystyrene (Fig. 19).
If necessary, widen the shell slightly.

14. Fold the Basic Kit cable and position it under the foam of the loudspeaker.
15. Gently push the loudspeaker until it is properly housed.

16. In the same way, position the right loudspeaker. At the end of this opera-

tion, the helmet should look like the one in the figure (Fig. 20), with the flex
cable between the inner shell and the outer shell.

Position the battery charger cable along the right side of the edge of the
shell.

17. Bend the rear neck  area again by passing the black tab of the rear neck

padding through, beyond the battery support and the flex cable (Fig. 21).

18. After it is positioned, push the rear neck padding inside its own housing

(Fig. 22).

Make sure the comfort padding is properly positioned at the sides and in the front.

If available, replace the roll-Neck (see specific instructions in the helmet user manual).

At the end of the installation, make sure the loudspeakers are positioned correctly, as they must be pushed in all the way
in their housing.

Caution:

Always check the length of the chinstrap and readjust it as necessary according to specific helmet instructions.

Warning:

After installing the Basic Kit inside the helmet, verify that the microphone is positioned correctly in front of your

mouth, adjusting the flexible part accordingly.
When the microphone is not used, you can move it to a more comfortable position. When you receive a call or you need to
use the microphone, stop and reposition it accordingly.

3.4 Installing and removing the basic card 

1.

Remove the “N-Com” protection cover and position the basic card
on the back. The basic electronic card has a rounded-off corner that
ensures  it  is  always  properly  inserted  in  its  housing.  Make  sure  all
clips are in place and that the card is flat with the golden contacts
facing up (Fig. 23a - 23b). 

2.

Reposition  the  “N-Com”  housing  protection  cover  on  the  shell.
First insert the front part ad then press the rear until the clips lock
in place.
