AT+CMGW Write Message to Memory
This command stores a message in a preferred memory storage se-
lected with the AT+CPMS command. The memory location <index>
of the stored message is returned. By default, the message status
will be set to "stored unsent ", but the parameter <stat> also allows
other status values to be given. Entering of text is done similarly as
specified in the command AT+CM-
GS.

Store message.
Response is +CMGW:<index>.
