1. Nodis produce and sell many products for users that, as for other electric products, can emit and receive electromagnetic signals.
2. Among the basic business principles of Nodis there are health and security protection of users regarding the use of their products,
adapting to all legal requirements and the standard respect during the production.
3. Nodis is committed to develop, produce and sell products that do not cause dangerous effects to the health of users.
4. Nodis confirm that if its products will be used as proper use, there is no risk for users as demonstrated by scientific studies.
5. Nodis is involved in international developing standards and security, complementing eventually new standards.
In case of defects or damaged material, manufacturer offers two years warranty for indoor appliances and outdoor articles (unless
otherwise indicated in the package).
Broken glass, batteries and light sources do not covered under warranty. Any damages caused by the product use in exceptional
circumstances will not be covered under warranty.
The warranty period starts from the purchase date and it is valid only by presentation of invoice or payment receipt. Warranty is void if the
article was not installed as above instructions or repaired.
Manufacturer also will not be responsible for damages caused by incorrect use of instructions. Technical changes or design are reserved.
