BASE RECIPES TIPS:
*** Ingredients:
Max 800g strong white bread flour; 520ml water
(flour weight : water weight= 1 : 0.65)
*** Operation:
** Lock well the lid into body
** Insert Kneading hook into body, sure it is inserted well.
** Put the strong white bread flour into mixing bowl and
then the remaining ingredients.
** Start the stirrer for 15 seconds at slow speed
** Approximately 6-7 minutes on a faster till to max speed
( operation time depends on kinds of food and volume)

OPERATION:
** Lock well the lid into body
** Insert Stirrer beater into body, sure it is inserted well.
** Start the stirrer for 30 seconds at slow speed
** Approximately 2.5 minutes on a faster till to max speed
(operation time depends on kinds of food and volume)

(e.g. cream, egg white, blancmange)

4 egg whites
*** Operation:
** Lock well the lid into body
** Insert whisk into body, sure it is inserted well.
** Put the eggs white to the mixing bowl,
** Start the Whisk approximately 5 minutes
on the fastest / Max speed.
