WARNING:
Failure to follow these warnings may result in personal injury, electrocution, electrical shock, fire or
explosion: Do not use flammable liquids or operate machine in or near flammable liquids, vapors or combustible
dusts. Do not pick up flammable materials or reactive metals. Do not operate with damaged power cord. Do not
modify plug. Unplug power cord before servicing machine. Do not use outdoors. Do not expose to rain. Store
indoors.
DAILY:
BEFORE
EACH USE
1.
Sweep and dust mop floor.
4.
Check dust skirt for wear and
damage. Make sure skirt slightly
touches floor, adjust if necessary.
2.
Inspect condition of burnishing
pad. Install new pad or flip pad
over as needed. Secure pad with
centerlock.

5.
Inspect power cord for damage.
Replace cord immediately if
damaged.
3.
Make sure dust bag is installed
and empty.
6.
Check brush pressure meter. Do
not operate machine in the RED
ZONE.
DAILY:
AFTER
EACH USE
1.
Unplug power cord and replace
pad or flip pad over as needed.
4.
Wipe power cord with damp cloth
and neatly coil cord around cord
hook. Replace cord immediately if
damaged.
2.
Empty dust bag. Shake bag
vigorously to remove all dust.
5.
Store machine in a dry area with
handle positioned upward or
folded down.
3.
Clean machine with an all purpose
cleaner and damp cloth.
6.
Periodically check that bolts and
nuts are tight.
7.
Every 250 hours of use, contact an
Authorized Service Center for
carbon brush inspection.
