Setting of memory position: Press the M button until
it shows “S”. Select and press one of the memory
buttons. The current height of the desk will be
saved. Repeat as required.
Troubleshooting:
1. If your desk encounters one of these issues, please try to reset the device:
- Working abnormality
- Hand controller shows RES (reset)
- Hand controller shows an error (E07, E08) but the motor drive wire remains connected / plugged.
2. If the display shows HOT,
immediately cut the power and allow the desk and its motor to cool for at
least 20-30 minutes.
