Tyre Tread Depth
Tread depth should be greater than 1.6 mm.
Tyre Care and Replacement
Inspect both wheels and tyres regularly. If any of the below conditions are observed, see your
authorised repairer to replace the wheel or tyre immediately:
● Bends or cracks.
● Worn tread below 1.6mm
● Impact marks.
Inspect both tires for the following:
● Cuts, cracks, splits, or missing tread lugs in the tread or sidewall area.
● Bumps or bulges within the tire body.
● Uneven tyre tread wear. Wear on one side of the tire tread or flat spots in the tire tread
indicate a problem with the tire or motorcycle.
● Exposed tire thread or cords.
● Tread depth below 1.6 mm
If either of the wheels or tyres are found to have any of the above conditions, replace the wheel
or tyre immediately.
