Functionality:
Nixeus MODA v2
Keyboard supports plug and play with a USB connection. Connect the
Nixeus MODA v2
Keyboard
to the USB port of your PC or Laptop. The PC or Laptop will auto detect and install the
Nixeus MODA v2
Keyboard
automatically. The Keyboard can be immediately used without the need for additional software or drivers.
MAC Users:
Nixeus MODA v2
is fully compatible with MAC OSs. The main difference is that MACs users will have to use the
Windows key instead of Command and Alt key instead of Option.
•To change the
MODA v2
from a Windows keyboard layout to a MAC keyboard layout (Option will be where the
Window Key originally is, and Command will be where the Alt Key originally is):
1.
Go to System Preferences on your MAC Apple menu
2.
Select Keyboards, and on the first page click Modifier Keys on the bottom right hand corner of the Keyboard
menu
3.
Now do the following changes Option Key: Command, Command Key: Option. Basically switch the key
operation around to make it an exact MAC keyboard layout.
Media/Special Function Keys
The media/special function keys are the secondary function of the F Keys (F1-F9).
• To use the Media Function from the F-Keys, hold down Fn Key + the desired media F-Key (F1-F7).
• To disable Windows Key, hold down Fn Key + Windows Key.
• To enable/disable Full N-Key Rollover, hold down Fn Key + F9 Key.
• Fn Key and F/shortcut keys work the same on Windows and MACs
**Note: Keyboard will power cycle on and off when enabling/disabling Full N-Key Rollover.
