DVS-110 QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE

REMOVE THE EYECUP:

1.  Hold the base of the eyecup tightly, aligning center line of the thumb where 

the eyecup joins the eyepiece.

2. 

Lift eyecup away from the eyepiece while keeping a firm grip on the 

eyecup.

ATTACH THE HEAD/HELMET MOUNT ADAPTER TO THE MONOCULAR:

1.  Hold the monocular in the left hand with the purge screw facing up and the 

objective lens away from your body. (The purge screw is located within the 

mini-rail closet to the ON/OFF/IR switch.) 

2.  Take the head/helmet mount adapter in the right hand, holding the Center 

Pin Knob between the forefinger and thumb.  The Alignment Boss should 

be facing towards the objective lens of the monocular and can be held in 

the palm of the same hand.

3.  Rotate the Centering Pin Knob to raise the centering pin.

4.  Slide the head/helmet mount receiving dovetail over the mini-rail of the 

monocular so that the Centering Pin Knob is centered over the rail.

5.  Release the Centering Pin Knob and ensure that the mount is fully locked 

onto the monocular rail.  

ATTACH THE MONOCULAR TO THE DIVE MASK:

1.  Hold the dive mask in the right hand with the nose of the mask facing down 

and the Alignment Socket towards your body.

2.  Hold the monocular (with the head/helmet mount adapter attached) in the 

left hand with the release lever facing up and the monocular eyepiece 

facing the dive mask.

3. 

Press the Alignment  Boss into the Alignment Socket until the release lever 

catches and ensure the monocular is securely fastened to the dive mask.

INTERPUPILLARY, ELEVATION, FORE/AFT ADJUSTMENTS:

1. 

With the dive mask on, unscrew the Adjustment Knob until a stop occurs.

2.  Firmly hold the monocular and push away from the dive mask.  This 

will disengage the positioning detents. 

CAUTION: ROTATING THE 

MONOCULAR WITHOUT FULLY DISENGAGING THE POSITIONING 

DETENTS WILL DAMAGE THE MOUNT ADAPTER. 

3.  Rotate the monocular up or down so that the eyepiece is directly in front of 

the eye you intend to use in conjunction with the monocular.

4. 

Fore and Aft adjustments are made by pressing the fore/aft adjustment 

button and moving the monocular away from and towards the mask.

5. 

Hand tighten the Adjustment Knob when a suitable position has be located.
