Remove electrostatic charge on
Motor by tester (Mode: DC Voltage)

Remove brush cap and take out
brush.

Remove assembly spring.

Remove assembly spring so that
noise killer might not be broken.

Remove rotor assembly by
pushing rotor assembly from
bearing side

Insert motor.
Yoke having notch shall come to
commutator side.

Install bearing.

Form assembly spring.

）
Install end cover.

）
Install assembly spring.

）
Install brush and tighten cap.

）
