CONNECTING THE HOIST TO THE TROLLEY

Connecting the electric chain hoist to a geared trolley (plain trolley):

Geared trolley (Plain trolley)

Electric chain hoist

Split pin

Insert the Split pin
into the hole of the
Top hook pin.

Open the Split pin as
shown in the drawing.

Insert into the hole

Top hook pin

Insert the Top hook pin
as shown in the drawing.

Connect the trolley to the electric
chain hoist as shown in the drawing,
and be sure that the trolley and elec-
tric chain hoist are both facing the
correct direction.

Direct-coupled electric trolleys are delivered coupled to hoists and no connecting procedures are necessary.
