of the respirator. If any air flow is detected around the edges of the respirator, readjust the traps. Repeat
seal check until a proper seal is achieved; otherwise, see your supervisor.
NEVER enter a contaminated area without a proper seal.
FILTER REMOVAL AND REPLACMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Hold respirator by outside exhalation valve with straps hanging down.
2.
Grasp the Reusable Filter Lock (P/N:RFL) on the inside of the respirator and remove it by unthreading it
counterclockwise.
3.
Remove the used BSN95RC0 filter and dispose of properly. Thoroughly inspect the reusable filter
fram (P/N:RFF) including the exhalation valve and straps for proper function.
Discard the entire RFF if any part does not function properly.
4.
Reinstall a new BSN95RC0 filter by aligning it in the RFF and secure it in place by rethreading the
RFL clockwise
tightly back in place
. Inspect to assure that the filter is aligned correctly and the filter is
not torn or folded under the RFL.
