Troubleshooting
Mouse and keyboard does not work upon instalation.
Try one more of the following:
For optimal performance, place the receiver at least eight inches
(20 cm) away from the mouse or other electrical devices, such as the
computer, computer monitor or external drive.
Make sure you have installed the batteries correctly and the batteries
not out of power.
If you are working on the metallic surface, try using a mouse pad for
better reception.
The screen cursor does not move properly/charakters does
not display when press keycap.
Change the position of your radio receiver, because it may be too far
from the mouse/keyboard. Or a large metal object may be interfere
with the receivers radio reception.
Try moving the receiver and/or mouse/keyboard to improve reception.
The interference may occur from other same products at near distan-
ce in offi ce/home, you may change the ID code several times in order
to get optimal performance.
Note!
The product has 255 possible ID codes. Every products may be de-
fi ned in different ID code in order to avoid the interference from others.
