Getting to Know Your Ninja
®
2-in-1 Slow Cooker
Control Panel
Control Panel
Press the Power button to turn the appliance on. Press
STOVE TOP or ACCUTEMP SLOW COOK to select your
desired mode.
Stove Top -
Use the Ninja 2-in-1 Slow Cooker as you
would a stove top. You can simmer, sauté, or sear.
ACCUTEMP
Slow Cook -
Use the Ninja 2-in-1 Slow
Cooker as a slow cooker. Select the temperature—
Low or High—and let the cooking system do all
the work. When it has finished cooking, it will
automatically switch to Stay Warm mode.
LED Display Screen
The LED screen displays the timer settings for the
Stove Top and Slow Cook modes.
Adjustment Buttons
Use the Adjustment buttons (“+” or “-”) to set the
countdown timer in Slow Cook mode.
Stay Warm
The Ninja 2-in-1 Slow Cooker will go into Stay Warm
mode when the set cooking time in
ACCUTEMP
Slow
Cook mode is over.
Preparing to Use Your Ninja 2-in-1 Slow Cooker
Before using the slow cooker for the first time:

Review
ALL
warning and caution statements on pages 1
and 2 before proceeding to Step 2.

Carefully remove all the parts from the box. Wash
the cooking pot and lid with warm, soapy water.
The cooking pot and lid may also be washed in the
dishwasher.
DO NOT
place the main housing in water
or in the dishwasher. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth.

When ready to use, place the cooking pot inside the
main housing.
NEVER
use the slow cooker without the
cooking pot inserted in the housing.

Plug the unit into a wall outlet, the Power button will
illuminate.

Press the Power button. The Temp/Time display will
show 0:00 and the Power button will illuminate.

The Temp/Time display will continue to show 0:00
until you select a function. If no selection is made
within 5 minutes, the operation will time out.

When you are ready to cook, select the cooking mode
you want to use (STOVE TOP or ACCUTEMP SLOW
COOK) and press that button.
