Here’s what’s in the box

First time pressure cooking?

Try this water test to practice with pressure.

 Add 3 cups water 

to cooking pot.

Turn valve 

to SEAL.

valve to VENT  

for quick release.

select high (HI), set  

time to 2 minutes, and 

press START/STOP.
