TROUBLESHOOTING
Trouble
Possible cause
Remedy
The machine does not move
The batteries or the connector are
disconnected
Connect the batteries or the connector
The batteries are discharged
Charge the battery
The fuses are tripped
Reset any tripped fuse
The parking brake is engaged
Disengage
The unlocking screw is not in a proper position
Turn it properly
The main broom does not turn
The main broom is lifted
Lower the main broom with the lever
Debris wrapped around the broom drive
Remove debris
The hopper is not fully lowered
Fully lower the hopper
The machine collects little debris/dust
The vacuum system is off
Turn on the vacuum system with the switch
The dust filter is clogged
Clean the dust filter
The hopper is full
Empty the hopper
The skirts are damaged or misadjusted
Check the skirt for integrity and proper adjustment (*)
The main broom height is incorrect
Adjust the main broom height
The fuses are tripped
Reset any tripped fuse
The side broom does not operate
The side broom is lifted
Lower the side broom with the lever
Debris wrapped around the broom drive
Remove debris
The hopper is not fully lowered
Fully lower the hopper
The hopper dumping door does not close
The dumping door is jammed by debris
Remove debris and clean edges of dirt chamber
The filter shaker motor does not work
The filter shaker motor connector is not
properly connected
Connect it properly
The fuse is tripped
Reset the tripped fuse
The dust guard system (optional) does
not work
The switch is faulty
Replace the switch (*)
The nozzles or the water filter are clogged
Clean
The pump is faulty
Replace
The fuse is tripped
Reset the tripped fuse

SCRAPPING
Have the machine scrapped by a qualified scrapper.
Before scrapping the machine, remove and separate the following materials, which must be disposed of properly according to the
Law in force:

Batteries
–
Polyester dust filter
–
Main and side brooms
–
Hydraulic system oil
–
Hydraulic system oil filter
–
Plastic hoses and components
–
Electrical and electronic components (*)
(*) Refer to the nearest Nilfisk Center especially when scrapping electrical and electronic components.
