Drive Control Chain
Every 100 working hours check the chain 2 tension and wear.
The chain 2 is tensioned as follows:
1 Loosen screw 1 and nut 6.
2 Position a lever under drive wheel 7 to tension and then re-tighten screw 1 and nut 6.
Caution !
After this operation check the distance between the roller 3 and wheel 2 (fig 2). The chain tension must be made correctly so as to avoid excessive
loads on the bearings.
Driving Belts
Every 100-150 working hours check the belts for wear.
Belts 3, 4, 5 (fig 5) are elastic, and the tensioning is automatic.
