Notes About Copying images
• JPEG-, AVI-, and WAV-format files can be copied. Files recorded in any other format cannot be
copied.
• If voice memos (
E
58) are attached to images selected for copying, voice memos are copied with
the images.
• Operation is not guaranteed with pictures taken with another make of camera or that have been
modified on a computer.
• When copying images selected for Print order (
E
53), the print marking is not copied. However,
rating (
A
74) and Protect (
E
51) settings are copied with images.
• Images or movies copied from the internal memory to a memory card, or vice versa, cannot be
displayed in auto sort mode (
E
9).
• When images added to albums (
E
5) are copied, the copies are not automatically added to the
same albums as the original images.

“Memory contains no images.” Message
If there are no images stored on a memory card inserted in the camera when playback mode is
applied, the message
Memory contains no images. will be displayed. Tap the
d
tab and tap
h
to display copy options screen and copy the images saved in the camera’s internal memory to the
memory card.
