1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Floor video switcher 10-825
from the
Access Control Standard
range is an essential
component of a system with a main video external unit, a floor video external unit, one or more
video internal units and a power supply from the Niko Access Control Standard range.

1 on page 24).
The floor video switcher selects the video image from the main external unit or the floor
external unit for a single video internal unit.
Floor video switcher 10-825 is suitable for mounting in a flush mounting box.

Cabling
Floor video switcher 10-825 requires
6- or 5-wire cabling

Use a
twisted cable
to ensure optimum quality of the video image.
Another important factor is the
diameter
of the conductors as it determines the
maximum
distance
that can be bridged between the power supply and the video internal unit.
Niko recommends to use the following
cables
for installation of floor video switcher
10-825:
• JYSTY (-F2) min. 3x2x0,8mm;
• TVVF (-F2) min. 3x2x0,8mm;
• TPVF min. 3x2x0,6mm;
• UTP/FTP/STP 4x2x0,5mm.
