already being used by the first internal unit. On the second internal unit, the busy signal is
indicated by the green LED which will blink three times. The green LED then remains off.
If you nevertheless want to generate a voice connection with the second internal unit, you
must first interrupt the connection of the first internal unit and then hang up and pick up
again the receiver of the second internal unit.
Door open key
You can at any time open the lock by pressing function key 1. You can also control
the light switch key with this function key (see ‘POSSIBLE SETTINGS’)

Switching off the ring tone on the internal unit
Switch off the ring tone on the internal unit by switching the selector switch (A
fig.5) at the side of the internal unit in position. The red indication LED on the
internal unit lights constantly.
Modifying the volume of the ring tone
You can adjust the volume of the ring tone on the internal unit continuously by
means of the slide switch (B fig.5) at the side of the internal unit.
Modifying the ring tone of the internal unit
You can choose from 6 different ring tones for the internal unit. To set another ring tone,
proceed as follows:
Set the selector switch (A fig.5) to ‘OFF’ and immediately back to ‘ON’. Briefly press the
blue key 1. The red and green LEDs light. Press the blue key 1 once again to hear the
first ring tone. Press the blue key to hear the next ring tone.
To select the desired ring tone, simply wait for both LEDs to go out (±8s.). The last heard
ring tone is then saved.
Connecting a floor bell push button and modifying the ring tone
Optionally, you can connect a floor bell push button (push button with N.O. contact e.g.
05-540) to the connector of the internal unit. Use terminals ‘E’ and ‘P’ of the screw
connector (fig.6).
