Installing the Strava app

Download the Orunning app for Android of iOS onto your phone via
Google Play or the Apple App Store.
7.2 Uploading an acti vity to the Strava app
•
Open the Orunning app on your mobile phone.

During the fi rst export of an acti vity, the Strava app will request
permission to access the Orunning app.
• Select the
Acti vity
panel.
•
Select the acti vity for which an export is desired.
• Select the Share
icon.
• Select
upload strava
.
•
The app automati cally opens the Internet browser.
