Start timer

Press START/LAP.

Countdown begins. The upper portion of the display shows
the starting countdown time.

Pause timer

Press STOP/RESET during countdown.

Countdown stops.

Restart timer

Press START/LAP.

Countdown continues.

Reset timer
Timer must be paused to reset.

Press ADJUST.

Timer resets.

4 Press START/LAP to advance one minute.

Hold for quick advance.

5 Press STOP/RESET to advance to the next
programmable element.

6 Press START/LAP to choose the timer function.

Select Cd-S for countdown and stop.
Select Cd-R for countdown and repeat.
Select Cd-U for countdown and chronograph count up.

7 Press ADJUST to save changes.
