7.1.22  Grooving ASSY (40274-7210, 40274-721S)

Replacement part: 40274-7210 (for PLB)

40274-721S (for PLB-8S)

Liquid gasket (white, Three Bond 1211 or its equivalent)

1 . Open the front cover ASSY (40274-1100) 

(see 6.1 [p93])

.

2 . Remove the following panels.

1 ) Top Panel (40274-M144)

 (See 6.6 [p96].)

2 ) Right Panel (40274-M143)

 (See 6.3 [p94].)

3 . Remove the wheels from the right processing ASSY (40274-7200) 

(see 7.1.27 [p125])

.

4 . Remove the silicone tubes (41002-M053 

[n = 3]) along with the pipes (side) (40271-
M421 [n = 3]) from the processing cham-
ber ASSY (40274-4000).

5 . Loosen HH4 × 4 (n = 2) to remove the R 

wheel cover (40274-M717).

Raise the right processing ASSY (40274-7200) to the top.
