POWER SUPPLY OF THE CAMERA
The camera can be connected to a power source with the car charger (part of the purchased
package) or via a USB cable connected to a PC or a mobile phone adapter.
USE OF THE CAMERA WITHOUT THE POWER SUPPLY (BATTERY POWER)
The camera has a backup battery, which is primarily meant for the parking mode. The camera
is meant to be used while being permanently connected to a power source. In the case that
it becomes necessary to use the camera without a power source, confirm that the camera’s
battery is fully charged (the camera lasts approx. 20 minutes while in standby mode).
GPS PLAYER
Download the installation file for the GPS player on:
www.niceboy.cz/en/podpora/software.
Launch the installation file on your PC and continue according to the instructions on the
screen.
Important:
after installing the GPS player, it is necessary for the first launch to be ran as
administrator (right-click on the player icon and “run as administrator”).
The GPS player will display information about the location of the vehicle on the map, the path
of the vehicle on the map, the coordinates of the vehicle and speed of the vehicle, all according
to the played video.
SETTINGS WITHIN THE VIDEO MODE
Resolution:
resolution settings for a recorded video.
Video loop:
sets cyclical recordings, or time intervals, in which the videos will be recorded.
Once the memory card has been filled, the oldest recordings will start to be erased (except for
locked videos captured in emergency recording).
WDR:
turns on/off the function for improving the dynamic range (appropriate for scenes with
high contrast or for recording during the night).
Exposure:
exposure compensation settings. The higher the positive value, the lighter the
video and the lower the negative value, the darker the video.
Movement detection:
turns on/off the function for movement detection. Should the camera
detect movement in front of its lens, it will start recording. The recording will be shut off if the
movement stops. Only use this function for stationary cars. Movement detection is only functi-
