Venting the system
NOTE
Hot fluids and hot vapour may occur.

1. Route the blowhole (5) to the collector.
2. Open the venting valve°(4).
The separated air is drained from the vessel.
3. Close the valve as soon as fluid comes out of the
pipe.
Operation and maintenance
For safety reasons the fluid must be able to run out of
the safety valve during the heating process.

Do not close the safety valve.
႑ Check the unit before restarting it when the safety
valve has been deployed (normally only occurs at start
up).
Problem free operation is only possible with open ball
valves (position 0°. See section Start-up and inspection
on page 14.
Maintenance intervals
Activity When
Drain, flush and fill the sy-
stem. Flow meter can no longer
be read off.
Replace the circulation
pump. Fault in the circulation
pump.
